The " CDC Jig Green Body " nymph is part of our new " Tactical Series " nymph collection. These are very high-end flies, using the best materials available. They are finely tied by our most experienced fly tyers.
To avoid arousing the fish's suspicion, it is essential to drift the nymph as naturally as possible. Weighting has a considerable impact on the quality of your drift.
If you fish "too heavy," your line will be too tight. The nymph will drag underwater and alert the fish.
If you fish "too light", your nymph will stay in the upper layer of water and will be carried away by the current very quickly.
For all situations, the " Tactical Series from La Fine Mouche" nymphs are available in different weights.
